ABOUT PROCESSING TIME

After receiving your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-7 business days to process.

Shipping time depends on the product location and shipping method. We only offer free standard shipping. It takes 7-14 days to deliver after shipment.

CANCELLATIONS

The buyer can cancel orders at anytime prior to shipping; for please contact our Support Center. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Return Policy comes into effect. See below for more about return process.

First of all, drop the mail in our Inbox regarding the return of the product. Items are eligible for free return if they are being returned within 15 days of delivery. Declare the product as "defecated" or "to return".

REFUND POLICY
