ABOUT PROCESSING TIME

After receiving your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time may varies depending on the product with the average processing time approximately 2 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-7 business days to process.

Once we receive your payment, we will start to process your order. All items will go through strict Quality Control checks and are well packed before they are shipped out. If there is any problems about your order in processing, we will email you immediately.

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We ship orders out within 2-3 days unless otherwise noted. Shipping time depends on the product location and shipping method. We only offer free standard shipping for all the products. It takes 7-14 days to deliver after shipment. Royal Mail makes pickups from our warehouse each business day, excluding government holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped with our shipping method to country's prime postal service. Orders are shipped out within 2-3 days unless otherwise noted. Shipping time depends on the product location and shipping method. We only offer free standard shipping. It takes 7-14 days to deliver after shipment.

CANCELLATIONS

The buyer can cancel orders at anytime prior to shipping; for please contact our Support Center. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Return Policy comes into effect. See below for more about return process.

EXCELLENT RETURN PROCESS

We offer free returns and exchange. If you receive the damaged and defective products, you need to call or email us and provide us the basic details like order number, contact details, etc., then our customer care executive guides you about the whole return process.

First of all, drop the mail in our Inbox regarding the return of the product. Items are eligible for free return if they are being returned within 15 days of delivery. Declare the product as "defecated" or "to return".

REFUND POLICY

15 days money back guarantee with free returns. If there are items that are missing, discolored, or damaged in transit we will send you a new sample of the same color at our cost to replace it. Please inspect all items upon receipt and take photos of any items you intend to request a replacement due to damage for. All replacements must be claimed with in 15 days of receiving your shipment.
