CANCELLATIONS

The buyer can cancel orders at anytime prior to shipping; for please contact our Support Center. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Return Policy comes into effect. See below for more about return process.

EXCELLENT RETURN PROCESS

We offer free returns and exchange. If you receive the damaged and defective products, you need to call or email us and provide us the basic details like order number, contact details, etc., then our customer care executive guides you about the whole return process.

First of all, drop the mail in our Inbox regarding the return of the product. Items are eligible for free return if they are being returned within 15 days of delivery. Declare the product as "defecated" or "to return".

REFUND POLICY

15 days money back guarantee with free returns. If there are items that are missing, discolored, or damaged in transit we will send you a new sample of the same color at our cost to replace it. Please inspect all items upon receipt and take photos of any items you intend to request a replacement due to damage for. All replacements must be claimed with in 15 days of receiving your shipment.
